Often problems can be dealt with on the spot but sometimes, it is better to take your machine back to our computer workshop, then return it to your home or business, set it up test it then run through with you what was done.

Remote Support: AMX has put in place a simple system to offer our customers instant support with the benefit of not having to drop everything and travel to your site. We have achieved this with out the need to have expensive client and server software. We charge NZD $32.50 + gst for a support call. Longer calls may attract additional charges at our standard hourly rate of NZD $65.00 per hour + gst (subject to change with out notice). This system works well with fast internet but is slow with dialup. Call before activating any support sessions.

When we supply a new computer we give the option to set it all up for you including swapping all your data over from your old machine and implementing a good security package and advice on how to keep it safe.
