AMX Computers Ltd has been developing Access Databases for more than six years both in networked environments and single PC desktop applications for example AMX Club Management System.

Databases vary in size and price from a simple contacts solution to a engineering manufacturing monster with every thing in between.

Databases are developed in Microsoft Access and often in conjunction with MYSQL Server with PHP/Web browser interfaces.

Some examples of Database Applications we have developed include:

Dive Shop customer database: This system manages all the customer records and provides such functionality as Regulator service records, Dive cylinder Service records, Club Member mail outs, Service Reminder Mail outs, Service costing etc.

Engineering Manufacturing Databases: Maintains records for job sheets, quoting, reverse Job Costing, Customer records, Cost center analysis, Job Process information, material use analysis, Reject analysis and costs, Customer contact records, Parts List and pricing and much more.

Plant Breakdown Database: recording and reporting of plant breakdown for steel plant equipment, maintaining a record of all plant, and able to identify plant running costs over the course of a year.

Customer Mailer: used in conjunction with a SMPT email server and MYOB, sends out bilk emails to the contacts that are stored in a customers MYOB accounting program.

Motocross Club Management system: Maintains all membership information including expiry, annual championship series, Magazine label printing, Web Synchronization with a central web based database, in the field membership processing, in the field event rider sign on, sign on export to Transponder based Lap scoring system, various reporting and more.
